Candidates qualified for this position have:
- 2+ years experience in a coordination-focused position
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience in compiling and submitting payroll, reimbursements and invoices
- Experience booking travel and creating travel itineraries
- Exceptional skills in all MS Office Suite applications
- Database experience (creating basic DBs and maintaining them)
- Results-oriented work ethic
- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
