Job: Administrative Coordinator - The Second City

The Second City and Second City Theatricals seeks an Administrative Coordinator, Touring Company and Theatricals.
Candidates qualified for this position have:
  • 2+ years experience in a coordination-focused position
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
  • Experience in compiling and submitting payroll, reimbursements and invoices
  • Experience booking travel and creating travel itineraries
  • Exceptional skills in all MS Office Suite applications
  • Database experience (creating basic DBs and maintaining them)
  • Results-oriented work ethic
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
