We have several part-time and full-time positions available.The Ticket Services Supervisors will work with the Director and Manager to ensure a successful ticket-selling season for the November Festival. The Ticket Services Supervisors will assist in supervising all ticket office operations in order to uphold a professional and quality experience for Festival customers.Responsibilities include assist Ticket Services Manager with hiring and training ticket office staff; scheduling ticket office staff at on site office, satellite office, and during the Festival; ensure quality customer service for all ticket services including satellite, on site, telephone, and internet services; and maintain ticket office sales reports.
